Thu May 23, 2013
Bob in Virginia:: I guess you never read anything about Elizabeth. She had more to her credit than a University job. I read into your snide comment that you are a republican't.

Chip D:: One of those who is now gone from the IRS was appointed by BUSH. And no telling how many other crooked people in the IRS are leftovers from Bush's days. You can't blame everything on President Obama-- evidently Bush wasn't innocent.
‘ED Show’ poll: Will Republicans ever stop trying to repeal Obamacare?
Sat May 18, 2013
In reply to: nolaughingmatter #5 :: Yeh, and the 45% who disliked it when it was passed don't have a family member with "pre-existing conditions" or they are republican't members of congress and can afford the best-- since it comes with the job. Or they are like Mutt Romney who can afford the …

‘ED Show’ poll: Are Republicans using Benghazi to hurt Hillary Clinton in 2016?
Sun May 12, 2013
Issa wants to LOOK intelligent, but he's a failure at that as well as looking like he might have some intelligence. He's nothing more than white trash, an unintelligent one at that. But not poor white trash-- he makes more money than he's worth. And having an all-male panel to talk …
On Benghazi probe, GOP's Issa says 'Hillary Clinton's not a target'
Sun May 12, 2013
D. Issa lies like a cheap rug-- and he probably cheats at playing cards too. He FAILS to mention the bill to send more money for embassy security-- not once but TWICE-- that was defeated by the republican'ts.. Oh well, cheap persons have cheap talk. Consider the source.
House Republicans stuck in the past as they return to work
Mon May 6, 2013
In reply to: Clint-3021468 #6 :: Clint, I would like to know that also. But you must consider, the republican't savior and his following can do no wrong-- never did from what I read from the republican't papers.
Toomey: Background check plan failed because of Republican politics
Wed May 1, 2013
George from Wa. state:: You said "But once again greed and self-interest win out over common sense and decency". That's only part of it.

Gross.
Got milk? Target does! Readers share stories from the Target nurse-in
Only if she does it discreetly, under a blanket or nursing cover.
earthgirl:: You have NO BUSINESS saying anything about respect! Oh, we are to respect the mom's right to breastfeed in public-- their floppy breasts exposed to the public-- yet they have NO respect for other shoppers? Yes, go ahead and do it, but have some respect for others and COVER UP those flo …
Pednurse:: Not a dam person is saying that a mom shouldn't breastfeed her baby. BUT they are saying that the moms should respect others. If they are out in public-- and a store where people are shopping is public-- they should have the decency to toss a blanket or somesuch item over the show.
Sazsha:: Guess you are one of those that doesn't respect others-- it is all for YOU and to heck with others. You can feed your brats as much as you want, but respect others when you do it. That is why they made baby blankets and throws.
shut yer yap:: And a bunch of disrespectful broads don't have the right to infringe on the rights of others to enjoy shopping.
Shawnna:: Where does it say that a mother can bare her boob and feed her baby out in public without covering up? Oh that is right-- you disrespectful broads think you have the rights to disrespect people who just might not want to see a bunch of broads with boobs.
shut yer yap::: What ignorant masses? Oh, you would like it if stores put a bunch of half-naked nursing mothers in the window so people could see how nutritious a meal you are making for your child. You don't care about anybody but yourself, do you.
warlock:: Good idea!!!!!
Accipiter:: The picture showed one woman breastfeeding her child. The back of the kid's head was showing-- meaning NO BLANKET. I gather by posts here that breastfeeding in public with no cover is the common way of doing it-- showing NO RESPECT for others.
Surviving:: A simple baby blanket would be cheaper and more portable.
Serendiphany:: If someone is on the toilet, that person is in the correct place to do what is necessary. A woman can breastfeed her child-- that is necessary-- but she CAN respect the rights of others and not have her floppy boob showing.
jellgo:: congratulations on the college degrees, and congratulations on the coming blessed event. You said the magic word, the one that the majority of females in here don't understand. The magic word you said was DISCREETLY.
I read of a guy whose wife had a baby and soon after died. The father of the baby took time off from work, went to the hospital, held his baby to his bare chest and gave the baby a bottle. He bonded with his baby that way.
Grace:: I lived in Germany for a few years. The men didn't care where they pissed, and I saw a pair of men's pants and a woman's dress draped over a bush. You can't tell me the couple was dirty dancing! I never saw signs of a couple screwing except in Germany.
MichelleK:: Just don't look? Have you ever gone into a store without looking? I have to see where I am going-- especially if there are other people in the store. Don't be so ridiculous.
chrmel::: It's a shame that some people don't have the decency to RESPECT other people. People want respect but aren't ones to respect others. It's all ME, ME, ME and what I want. People aren't as ignorant as you seem to be.
Are August babies destined to a life of disadvantage?
No
I was an August baby. Back in those days there wasn't a kindergarten-- if so I never attended it. I was in 1st grade for 13 days-- my August birthday didn't hold me back. My August birthday didn't have a detrimental effect on my life.
